Authors are requested to submit original and unpublished research papers.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Submission Guidelines
Single-Column Paper Format
Prepare the manuscript on A4-size paper in portrait orientation.
Use a single-column layout throughout the paper.
Keep 1-inch margins on the top, bottom, left, and right sides.
Use Times New Roman font: 16 pt bold for the paper title and 12 pt for the main text.
Use 1.15 line spacing and justify all paragraphs.
Include the title, author name(s), affiliation(s), and email address(es) at the beginning.
Add an abstract of approximately 150–250 words, followed by 4–6 keywords.
Organize the paper using sections such as Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
Number and caption all figures and tables clearly. Use high-quality images and readable labels.
Use IEEE reference style for citations and references.
Ensure that the complete paper, including references, does not exceed 6 pages.
Convert the final manuscript to PDF before submission.

Upload the PDF through the official conference submission portal.
Receive the submission acknowledgement email.
